Senior Site Supervisor
- More than 5-8 years of previous experience in the fit-out industry, ideally working with professional fit-out contracting companies as part of their in-house workforce.
- Engage, coordinate with and lead supervisors if required.
- Successful track record of working on all types of projects: Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.
- Very strong technical and execution abilities.
- Computer literacy on appropriate programs (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, etc.).
- Understanding of all trades involved in the fit-out process, including MEP.
Quality Controller
- Develop quality systems, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Ensure proper implementation of the quality systems in the workplace.
- Identify potential quality lapses and take preventive measures to minimize deviation.
- Establish criteria & standards for testing with approval from the Production department head.
- Define and manage all testing processes and resources to achieve quality standards.
- Oversee daily Quality Control floor audits and assess the quality of products based on pre-defined standards.
- Investigate cases of quality lapses to identify causes and determine preventive measures.
- Maintain and standardize quality plans and procedures.
- Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of quality audits and programs.
Projects Manager
- Minimum of eight to ten years of experience in a joinery manufacturing company with experience in managing hospitality and entertainment projects.
- Suitable experience and understanding of the joinery fabrication process: site survey, shop drawings, cutting lists, material take-offs, ordering.
- Sound knowledge of fabrication procedures and a wide understanding of joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, fabrics, glass, stone, lighting.
- Strong technical approach and execution capabilities with ability to solve technical problems and interface between materials such as wood, glass, fabrics, metals, laminates.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully in a multinational environment across different locations.
Plant Engineer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in plant engineering or maintenance within joinery, metal fabrication, or similar manufacturing environments.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of compressors, dryers, generators, firefighting, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with woodworking equipment, PLC machines, etc.
- Proficiency in CMMS software for maintenance planning.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Project Planner
- 7-10 years’ experience in a fit-out company.
- Experience with 5-Star hotels, public areas, rooms; commercial projects are an additional advantage.
- Experience working on high-rise building projects.
- Preferably located in Jeddah, but willing to relocate across Saudi Arabia.
- Ready to join as soon as possible.
- Experience with Extension of Time using different techniques, baseline schedules, updates, EVM, weekly and monthly reports.
- Experience preparing dashboards, working on Primavera P6; MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding proper sequencing of the project and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
