Tax Advisory - Senior
Primary Duties:
- Deliver a full range of tax advisory services in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex tax returns.
- Identify risks, manage tax exposures, and mitigate tax risks by providing tax planning, structuring, and highlighting tax implications.
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits.
- Inform management of changes in the tax environment, as well as the ramifications of tax legislation changes.
- Manage and lead the tax advisory team.
Risk Specialist
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Risk Identification & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing business activities, third-party arrangements, outsourcing roles, and emerging risks.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data through document reviews, interviews, and process walkthroughs to identify vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks using established frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM).
- Prioritize risks based on exposure levels and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.

Auditor - External Audit
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA/ACCA or a related qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit & assurance, preferably in a reputed public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

نطاق المسؤوليات:
- تحديد وتقييم المخاطر: إجراء تقييم شامل للمخاطر للأنشطة التجارية الجديدة والقائمة، وترتيبات الأطراف الثالثة، وأدوار الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية، والمخاطر الناشئة.
- جمع وتحليل البيانات النوعية والكمية من خلال مراجعة الوثائق والمقابلات واستعراض العمليات لتحديد نقاط الضعف.
- تقييم احتمالية وتأثير المخاطر باستخدام الأطر المعتمدة (مثل ISO 31000، COSO ERM).
