Field Operator I

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the plant to support production targets. Perform routine operational tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and procedural standards compliance. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain reliable and trouble-free operations.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in operating and monitoring process equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and record equipment operational parameters, reporting abnormalities to Supervisors or CRO.
- Support system start-ups and shutdowns as directed.
- Support and perform Mechanical and Instrument jobs as directed.
- Assist in pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required.
- Regularly check pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities.
- Follow established O&M Instructions.
- Follow instructions from CRO or Supervisors to maintain stable plant operations and support production optimization.
- Perform troubleshooting to restart compressors after unexpected shutdowns by Supervisor instructions.
Mechanical Technician III
Qualifications:
- Minimum a technical degree in mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of reciprocating engines, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment within Oil & Gas industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of Caterpillar, Waukesha engines, Ariel, Superior, and Dresser Rand compressors. Familiarity with Solar Mars 100 gas turbines and centrifugal compressors is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and information analysis.
- Capable of performing all maintenance activities up to Top-End Overhaul level independently.
- Strong understanding of Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/ Predictive Maintenance).
- Computer proficiency and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good English written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Remote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours, vibrating platforms.
- Different shift schedules and available on call.
Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum Electrical Diploma or engineering certificate and HV certification.
- Minimum 7+ years experience in similar work environment; precommissioning and commissioning experience is a must.
- Commissioning and O&M of Waukesha, Caterpillar, Frick, and Ariel compressors; willing to learn new equipment.
- Hands-on experience on PCS, ESD, F&G systems, Burner management system, turbotronic systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to read and understand P&ID and Wiring schematics including single line diagrams.
- Able to work under pressure and with the team to improve work processes.
- Motivated, organized, strong problem-solving skills, positive and respectful.
Physical Requirements:
- Remote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours, on call after hours.
- Travel from country to country on short notice.

- أداء المهام التشغيلية الروتينية تحت الإشراف وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والإجراءات.
- التواصل الفعال مع أعضاء الفريق والمشرفين للحفاظ على العمليات الموثوقة والخالية من المشاكل.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- المساعدة في تشغيل ومراقبة معدات العمليات وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
- مراقبة وتسجيل معايير تشغيل المعدات وإبلاغ المشرفين عن أي شذوذ.
- دعم عمليات بدء وإيقاف الأنظمة حسب توجيه المشرف.
- أداء مهام ميكانيكية وأجهزة حسب توجيه المشرف.
- المساعدة في ضغط وفك ضغط المعدات والأنابيب عند الحاجة.
- فحص الضغط ودرجة الحرارة ومستوى السوائل بانتظام وإبلاغ المشرف عن أي خلل.
- اتباع تعليمات التشغيل والصيانة لتحقيق استقرار العمليات ودعم تحسين الإنتاج.
- أداء عمليات استكشاف الأخطاء وإعادة تشغيل الضواغط بعد التوقف غير المتوقع وفق تعليمات المشرف.
فني ميكانيكي III – Mechanical Technician III
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- شهادة تقنية في الميكانيكا أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التشغيل والصيانة لمحركات المكبس، الضواغط، المضخات، والمعدات الميكانيكية في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- خبرة عملية بمحركات Caterpillar و Waukesha و Ariel و Superior و Dresser Rand، مع معرفة بـ Solar Mars 100 والضواغط الطرد المركزي ميزة إضافية.
- قدرة على أداء جميع أنشطة الصيانة حتى مستوى Top-End Overhaul، بما في ذلك استبدال المحامل الرئيسية، بطانات الأسطوانات، والمكابس، ومحاذاة المحرك-الضاغط بشكل مستقل.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في بيئة عمل مشابهة، مع خبرة في ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل.
- القدرة على تشغيل وصيانة ضواغط Waukesha و Caterpillar و Frick و Ariel، والاستعداد لتعلم المعدات الجديدة.
- خبرة عملية في PCS و ESD و F&G و Burner Management System و Turbotronic Systems.
