Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven individual to join our team in a garment and footwear retail shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting clothing, shoes, and accessories.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize daily sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Arrange and restock merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Stay updated on products, sizes, and promotions.
• Handle basic cashier duties when required.

Coordinator & Sales (Garments & Footwear)

Key Responsibilities

• Add and update inventory in the system (clothing, shoes, accessories).
• Monitor stock levels and follow up on replenishment.
• Handle daily bookkeeping and system entries (PO, Expenses etc.).
• Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of products in-store.
• Take photos/videos of products (shoes, outfits, collections).
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for social media.
• Manage posting schedule and interact with customers online.
• Support sales activities and assist with walk-in customers when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable and energetic personality (retail environment).
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with AI/design tools such as Canva.
• Ability to take creative product photos and videos.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in fit-out projects, with proven expertise in BOQ preparation and supplier management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and fit-out processes.
  • Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
