Executive Administrative Assistant
About the Role:
Culmen International is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our client onsite in Bahrain. Candidates should be located in Bahrain.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:
- Provides direct executive-level support to the Office of the Commander.
- Performs a broad range of administrative and office automation functions, including composing and formatting correspondence; assembling information for reports, briefs, and presentations; and maintaining electronic records for efficient retrieval.
- Develops and maintains databases for program tracking and ensures appropriate data backups.
- Briefs and participates in meetings to communicate new or revised administrative policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Coordinates and supports personnel in meeting personnel management system requirements, including annual goal updates and performance reviews.
- Interprets Department of Defense policy and guidance to support effective communication, collaboration, and risk mitigation for senior defense leadership.
- Independently plans and executes assignments; produces documents, reports, spreadsheets, and briefs using standard office software.
Government Travel Program Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience of strong working background knowledge as APC, strongly recommended.

Emergency Management Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EM program, managing a multi-mission complex and strong knowledge of command mission, organization requirements, policies and EM program requirements within the assigned AOR.
- Knowledge and skills in analyzing and evaluating methods and techniques, developing alternatives, and presenting recommendations and conclusions for improving emergency response in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
- Experience in control center operations to evaluate and respond to emergency response situations from government, military, Federal, or other government law enforcement/security organizations.
- Strong knowledge in conducting detailed analyses of complex EM functions and work processes, using past and present knowledge of specialty response areas (e.g. shipboard fire) and the emergency response teams required to respond, control, contain, and recover.
- Subject matter expertise (SME) input to CNSG-C Commodore regarding industrial ship safety for fire prevention.
- Active Secret clearance.
Training Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Active Duty United States Navy experience with organizing data and records for easy retrieval and scheduling/coordinating training events for US Naval vessels.
- Strong working knowledge of Surface Force OFRP cycle and Surface ship training and readiness requirements.
- Experience in training, maintenance, and operational events utilizing Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS) for US Naval vessels.
- Strong background knowledge with the Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM) is desirable.
