Instructional Designer

• Reporting to Head of Functional & Knowledge Management.
• Responsible for developing training material and solutions for business using XR instructional design methodologies supporting adult-based learning.
• Creating immersive learning experiences using XR technologies (VR, AR, MR).
• Design instructional methods compliant with learning methodology, desired learning outcomes, and SME input.
• Design and develop engaging, activity-based, results-oriented learning solutions.
• Recommend changes to existing courses including technology or instructional methods for better course delivery.

Logistics Officer

• BSc in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience (Logistics Officer) / 15 years (Senior Logistics Officer) in shipping operations, logistics, marine operations, and processing shipping documents, especially in petroleum.
• Knowledge of refining processes, terminal operations, shipping/marine laws, oil tanker operations, petroleum product specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of business applications.
• Ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Good knowledge of logistics management and inventory of oil products.
• Knowledge of planning & scheduling.

Manager Tax

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in tax reporting, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector.
• At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex tax environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years' work experience, at least 3 years in developing, conducting, and administering training programs for Oil Refineries or large Process Industries.
• Certified Assessor / Internal Verifier for Competency Based Assessment preferred.
• Trained as a technical instructor delivering plant and process engineering modules (corrosion, industrial safety, product optimization, forecasting).
• Familiarity with engineering simulation software applied for process, mechanical, and instrumentation.
• Work experience in Oil & Gas Industry, preferably petroleum refining.
• Good understanding of learning management systems (LMS) beneficial.

• تطوير مواد وحلول التدريب باستخدام أحدث منهجيات التصميم التعليمي XR لدعم التعلم للكبار.
• إنشاء تجارب تعلم غامرة باستخدام تقنيات الواقع الممتد (XR) بما في ذلك الواقع الافتراضي (VR)، الواقع المعزز (AR)، والواقع المختلط (MR).
• تصميم طرق تعليمية وفق نتائج التعلم المرجوة والمحتوى المقدم من خبراء الموضوع (SMEs).
• تطوير أنشطة تعليمية جذابة ونتائجية باستخدام نظريات وممارسات التصميم التعليمي المختبرة.
• اقتراح تحسينات على الدورات الحالية بما يشمل التكنولوجيا أو طرق التعليم لتحقيق أفضل تجربة تعليمية.

مسؤول اللوجستيات (Logistics Officer)

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات لمسؤول اللوجستيات و15 سنة لكبير مسؤولي اللوجستيات في عمليات الشحن واللوجستيات البحرية، ومعالجة الوثائق في قطاع النفط.
• معرفة عمليات التكرير، عمليات المحطات، قوانين الشحن والنفط، وتشغيل ناقلات النفط.
• مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
• إجادة استخدام تطبيقات الكمبيوتر التجارية ومعرفة إدارة المخزون.
• معرفة التخطيط والجدولة للعمليات اللوجستية.

مدير الضرائب (Manager Tax)

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال (يفضل الماجستير).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في التقارير الضريبية، خصوصاً في قطاع النفط والغاز.
• 5 سنوات خبرة في دور قيادي أو إداري.
• معرفة قوية بالقوانين الضريبية والمعايير المحاسبية والرقابة الداخلية.
• قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف وإدارة بيئة ضريبية معقدة.
• العمل ضمن شركة Bapco Energies في البحرين.

مدرب عمليات (Instructor Operations)

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية/تقنية العمليات/هندسة البترول أو ما يعادلها.

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة مقيم معتمد / مدقق داخلي لتقييم الكفاءات.
• القدرة على تقديم وحدات تعليمية في الهندسة العامة للعمليات مثل التآكل، السلامة الصناعية، تحسين المنتجات، التنبؤ، واستخدام برامج المحاكاة الهندسية.
• خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز، ويفضل في تكرير البترول.
• فهم جيد لأنظمة إدارة التعلم LMS.

مدرب كهرباء (Instructor Electrical)

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في تطوير وتنفيذ برامج التدريب في المصافي أو الصناعات الكبيرة.
• يفضل الحصول على شهادة مقيم معتمد / مدقق داخلي لتقييم الكفاءات.
• خبرة واسعة في وحدات معالجة المصافي الكهربائية مثل محطات التوزيع، المحركات HV، محولات السرعة VSD، المولدات، وأنظمة UPS.
• معرفة متعمقة بنظريات التعلم ونماذج التصميم التعليمي، ومهارات إعداد الدروس والمناهج.
• القدرة على كتابة نصوص تعليمية فعّالة للنصوص والصوت والفيديو.
• فهم جيد لأنظمة إدارة التعلم LMS.
