Senior Clinical Application Analyst

The Clinical Analyst acts as a vital bridge between clinical and business operations at Amana Healthcare, ensuring that Hospital Information Systems such as Oracle Cerner and Fusion operate seamlessly to support workflows, enhance patient safety, and drive business growth. This role focuses on innovative system implementation, configuration, and testing, while maintaining data integrity and fostering continuous improvement. It also involves providing ongoing staff training and collaborating closely with clinical and IT teams to optimize Cerner electronic health record applications so they meet organizational needs and elevate patient care delivery.
Infection Control Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infection Prevention & Control Program
- Develop, implement, and regularly update infection control policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with national and international infection prevention standards
- Monitor adherence to infection control protocols across all departments
2. Surveillance & Monitoring
- Conduct ongoing surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret infection data and trends
- Prepare and present regular infection control reports to management
- Investigate outbreaks and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Speech Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Speech Therapy from a recognized university
- Valid NHRA license (or eligibility) to practice in Bahrain
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist, preferably in hospital or long-term care settings; experience with adult neurological conditions (stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, dementia) highly desirable
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning abilities; commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patience; ability to educate and support patients, caregivers, and staff effectively
- Collaborative team player in multidisciplinary environments

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علاج النطق واللغة / علاج النطق من جامعة معترف بها.
- رخصة NHRA صالحة (أو الأهلية للحصول عليها) لممارسة المهنة في البحرين.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كأخصائي/أخصائية علاج النطق واللغة، ويفضل في المستشفيات أو مرافق الرعاية الطويلة الأمد.
- خبرة مفضلة مع الحالات العصبية للبالغين (السكتة الدماغية، إصابات الدماغ الرضية، باركنسون، الخرف).
- قدرات تشخيصية ومنطقية قوية؛ الالتزام بالممارسات القائمة على الأدلة والتعلم المستمر.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، وتعاطف، وصبر؛ القدرة على تعليم ودعم المرضى ومقدمي الرعاية والموظفين بشكل فعال.
