Senior Accountant

Location: Sitra, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial transactions

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards

• Assist in audits and financial planning

• Mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

المهام الرئيسية:

• الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة ودفاتر الحسابات

• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية

• متابعة الميزانيات والمصروفات والمعاملات المالية

• ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير المحاسبة

• المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق والتخطيط المالي

• توجيه الموظفين المحاسبيين المبتدئين

المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة كمحاسب، ويفضل في دور متقدم

• معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية

• إجادة برامج المحاسبة وMS Excel

• مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية ممتازة
