Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technician specializing in PMI (Positive Material Identification), hardness, and ferrite testing. This role ensures that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The Technician will work closely with engineers and quality control teams while gaining hands-on experience and enhancing technical expertise in material testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PMI tests using advanced analytical equipment to verify material composition

• Perform hardness testing (Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers) on various materials

• Analyze ferrite content in austenitic stainless steels

• Document and report test results accurately, ensuring traceability and compliance

• Collaborate with engineers to provide insights on material properties

• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment according to safety protocols

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements

• Assist in training new technicians on testing techniques and safety practices

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in material testing

نبحث عن فني متخصص في اختبارات PMI (تحديد المواد الإيجابي)، الصلابة، والفريت لضمان التزام المنتجات بأعلى معايير الجودة والموثوقية. سيعمل الفني بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الهندسية وفريق مراقبة الجودة، مع اكتساب خبرة عملية وتطوير المهارات التقنية في مجال اختبار المواد.

المهام الوظيفية:

• إجراء اختبارات PMI باستخدام أجهزة تحليل متقدمة للتحقق من تركيب المواد

• إجراء اختبارات الصلابة (Rockwell، Brinell، Vickers) على مختلف المواد

• تحليل محتوى الفريت في الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ الأوستنيتي

• توثيق نتائج الاختبارات بدقة لضمان الامتثال والتتبع

• التعاون مع المهندسين لتقديم رؤى حول خصائص المواد

• صيانة ومعايرة معدات الاختبار وفق بروتوكولات السلامة

• المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر واقتراح تحسينات على الإجراءات
