Estate & Fleet Manager (Remote)
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in private estate management or luxury hospitality operations (hotel/resort management).
- Experience leading teams of 10+ across multiple service functions.
- Direct accountability for HR processes: scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, hiring, and separations.
- Multi-property, multi-country portfolio oversight.
- Prior experience supporting UHNW principals or family office environments.
- Proven ability to build operational frameworks and SOPs from the ground up.
- Fleet management experience (maintenance scheduling, insurance, logistics).
- Strong vendor negotiation and budget management capabilities.

What You'll Need
- 7–10 years in web design for e-commerce, including 4+ years leading, mentoring, and managing a design team.
- Portfolio showing shipped PDP/PLP/Checkout improvements tied to clear business metrics.
- Expert in Figma (components, variables, Dev Mode); strong visual/motion craft and responsive design sensibility.
- Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into a professional design pipeline, with understanding of prompt engineering, quality control, and brand governance.
- Familiarity with AI-shaped UX patterns: conversational search, assistant UI, recommendation modules, and measurement.
- Comfort collaborating on experiments (A/B vs multi-armed bandits) with Growth; understands trade-offs between optimization speed and causal certainty.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals for structured content and schema on e-commerce sites.

- مسؤولية مباشرة عن عمليات الموارد البشرية: الجداول الزمنية، الرواتب، مراجعات الأداء، التوظيف والفصل.
- إدارة محافظ متعددة العقارات والدول.
- خبرة سابقة في دعم الشخصيات عالية الثروة أو مكاتب العائلات.
