Event Marketing Coordinator MEA (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Organize customer events, internal sales meetings, and exhibitions, including onsite support

• Ensure appropriate use and distribution of marketing tools: press releases, direct mail, brochures, advertising, videos, and giveaways

• Collaborate with local design agencies and marketing teams in Bahrain and Austria

• Support CRM system implementation as a control tool for Marketing Communications and Sales

• Assist in executing digital marketing strategy for French–Arabic speaking countries

• Provide backup for other marketing team members as needed

• Prepare quarterly reports for all activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in event management; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

• Experience in direct customer interaction

• Strong organizational and presentation skills; communicative team player

• International mindset and ability to work independently

• Excellent English language skills; Arabic and French are a plus

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time

منسق تسويق الفعاليات – منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا (Event Marketing Coordinator MEA)

الهدف من الوظيفة:
• تنظيم الفعاليات للعملاء، والاجتماعات الداخلية للمبيعات، والمعارض بما في ذلك الدعم الميداني للفعاليات المحددة.
• ضمان الاستخدام والتوزيع المناسب لأدوات التسويق بما في ذلك البيانات الصحفية، البريد المباشر، الكتيبات، الإعلانات، الفيديوهات والهدايا الترويجية.
• العمل عن كثب مع وكالات التصميم المحلية، وفريق التسويق في البحرين والنمسا.
• المساعدة في إعداد نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) كأداة رقابية للتسويق والمبيعات.
• دعم تنفيذ استراتيجية التسويق الرقمي للدول الناطقة بالفرنسية والعربية.
• تقديم دعم بديل لأعضاء فريق التسويق الآخرين عند الحاجة وفقًا لمتطلبات العمل.
• إعداد تقارير فصلية لجميع الأنشطة.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الفعاليات، ومعرفة بالتسويق الرقمي ميزة إضافية.
• خبرة في التعامل المباشر مع العملاء.
• مهارات تواصل وعرض وتنظيم ممتازة، وروح الفريق.
• قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وعقلية دولية.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية والفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات جيدة في الحاسب الآلي وMS Office، ومعرفة بأنظمة CRM ميزة إضافية.
• الاستعداد للسفر بنسبة تصل إلى 20% من وقت العمل عند الحاجة.
