HR Executive - Payroll
- Graduation or equivalent degree in HR; payroll or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Oracle HCM or other Human Capital Management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and employee data.
- Analytical skills to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees and management.
