Facility Technician Supervisor – KitchenPark (EP & Bahrain)

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Technician Supervisor based in Bahrain or the Eastern Province of KSA. This role focuses on monitoring preventive maintenance and handling complex repairs, particularly HVAC and building systems, to ensure optimal performance and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex Planned Preventive Maintenance, HVAC, and other system maintenance

• Diagnose complex engineering system issues

• Conduct Engineering Systems Validation (ESV) & TAB at new facilities

• Install and maintain proprietary WAKS + BMS systems

• Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite Operations team members, Facility Managers, and 3rd party mechanical contractors/service providers

• Analyze Mechanical Startup, System Design Verification (SDV), and Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) reports generated by 3rd party contractors

• Develop and evolve commissioning and maintenance processes/playbooks in collaboration with managers and peers; monitor successes and lessons learned to improve processes dynamically

• Perform extensive/complex HVAC repairs

• Handle basic electrical and plumbing remediation

• Fulfill work orders efficiently

Location:

Bahrain / Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facility supervision, particularly in HVAC and building systems

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with commissioning, maintenance processes, and engineering system validation

• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with third-party contractors

• Knowledge of WAKS, BMS systems, and TAB/SDV processes is preferred

المهام الوظيفية:

• تنفيذ صيانة وقائية مخططة ومعقدة، بما في ذلك أنظمة HVAC وغيرها.

• تشخيص مشاكل الأنظمة الهندسية المعقدة.

• التحقق من صحة أنظمة الهندسة (ESV) وعمليات الضبط والمعايرة (TAB) في المنشآت الجديدة.

• تركيب وصيانة أنظمة WAKS + BMS الخاصة بالشركة.

• تقديم الدعم الفني عن بُعد لأعضاء فريق العمليات في الموقع، مديري المرافق، والمقاولين/مقدمي الخدمات الميكانيكية الخارجيين.

• تحليل تقارير بدء التشغيل الميكانيكية، التحقق من تصميم النظام (SDV) واختبار التوازن والمعايرة (TAB) الصادرة عن المقاولين الخارجيين.

• تطوير وتحسين عمليات التشغيل والصيانة بالتعاون مع المديرين والزملاء، ومتابعة النجاحات والدروس المستفادة لتطوير العمليات بشكل ديناميكي.

• إصلاحات شاملة ومعقدة لأنظمة HVAC.

• صيانة كهربائية وسباكة أساسية.

• تنفيذ أوامر العمل وفق المتطلبات.
