Job Description
The Growth Operations Specialist is responsible for building operational systems and infrastructure to drive visibility on YouTube and Search, using innovative methods beyond official guidelines. This is not a traditional marketing role; it focuses on designing scalable systems, engagement mechanics, and operational frameworks that make unconventional tactics repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Experimentation
Research and test strategies to maximize visibility quickly.
Understand platform mechanics, detection systems, signals, and thresholds.
Design experiments that challenge assumptions.
Track, measure, and report on experiments accurately.
Quickly eliminate ineffective strategies and double down on successful ones.
Operations & Infrastructure
Build and maintain operational systems at scale.
Manage technical environments supporting operations.
Resolve operational friction, including behavioral patterns and platform detection.
Create task execution processes outperforming external platforms.
Process & Documentation
Develop systematic approaches for engagement and click-through optimization.
Document effective processes into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Establish foundations that scale with company growth.
Requirements
Experience in SEO, YouTube growth, or affiliate marketing, ideally in competitive niches.
Deep understanding of platform mechanics beyond official guidelines.
Systems thinker with a process-oriented mindset.
Resourceful, solution-oriented, and autonomous.
Comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making under incomplete information.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Bonus Points
Experience in iGaming or competitive affiliate verticals.
Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Make, or similar).
Experience building or scaling a YouTube channel.
Experience setting up remote operations or working with distributed teams.

مسؤول عن بناء أنظمة وبنية تحتية تشغيلية لزيادة الظهور على YouTube وSearch باستخدام أساليب مبتكرة تتجاوز الإرشادات الرسمية. هذا الدور ليس تسويقًا تقليديًا، بل يركز على تصميم أنظمة قابلة للتوسع، وآليات التفاعل، وهياكل تشغيلية تجعل التكتيكات غير التقليدية قابلة للتكرار.

النمو والتجريب
البحث واختبار استراتيجيات لتعظيم الظهور بسرعة.
