Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon entry and explain menu, promotions, and products.
Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
Describe ingredients and cooking methods.
Take customer orders and make smart suggestions.
Monitor order delivery times and update customers accordingly.
Follow directions of supervisors and managers.
Ensure condiments such as sauces and napkins are added to packaged food items.
Assemble meals on trays and offer them to customers.
Follow cash procedures, including announcing total bill amounts, receiving payments, and giving correct change.
Achieve set objectives and targets.
Assist customers with special needs (e.g., ladies, kids, heavy bags).
Suggest ideas to improve business and service.
Contribute towards cost controls.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain the brand image at all times.
Assist supervisors with stock and inventory checking.

ترتيب الوجبات على الصينية وتقديمها للعملاء.
اتباع إجراءات الصندوق: الإعلان عن إجمالي الفاتورة، استلام المدفوعات، وتسليم الباقي بشكل صحيح.
تحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
مساعدة العملاء ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (السيدات، الأطفال، الحقائب الثقيلة).
اقتراح أفكار لتحسين العمل والخدمة.
المساهمة في التحكم في التكاليف.
التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بشكل مهني.
الحفاظ على صورة العلامة التجارية دائمًا.
