1. Factory Floor Assistant

Location: Hidd, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description:
The Factory Floor Assistant supports the production team in daily manufacturing activities. The role ensures smooth operations on the factory floor, assists artisans and production staff, and helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist goldsmiths, polishers, setters, and production staff with daily manufacturing tasks

• Prepare workstations, tools, and materials before each shift

• Support the movement of materials and semi-finished/finished goods between departments

• Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation

• Ensure smooth workflow by providing timely support to production staff

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the factory floor and work areas

• Store materials according to security procedures

• Assist during stock verification and inventory checks

• Help with loading/unloading supplies and materials

• Support supervisors during audits, inspections, and production planning

• Perform additional duties assigned by the Production Supervisor/Manager

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of factory/production environment

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures

• Honest and trustworthy (handling high-value materials)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

يقوم مساعد خط الإنتاج بدعم فريق الإنتاج في الأنشطة اليومية للتصنيع. تضمن هذه الوظيفة سير العمل بسلاسة داخل المصنع، ومساعدة الحرفيين وموظفي الإنتاج، والحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم أماكن العمل.

المهام الوظيفية:

• مساعدة صانعي الذهب والملمعين والمركبين وموظفي الإنتاج في المهام اليومية

• تجهيز محطات العمل والأدوات والمواد قبل بدء كل وردية

• دعم حركة المواد والمنتجات شبه المنتهية/الجاهزة بين الأقسام

• المساعدة في التعبئة، ووضع العلامات، وتجهيز الشحن

• ضمان سير العمل بسلاسة من خلال تقديم الدعم في الوقت المناسب لفريق الإنتاج

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم أرضية المصنع وأماكن العمل

• تخزين المواد وفق إجراءات الأمن والسلامة

• المساعدة خلال جرد المخزون والتحقق من المواد

• دعم التحميل والتفريغ للمواد والمستلزمات

• مساعدة المشرفين أثناء عمليات التدقيق والفحص وتخطيط الإنتاج

• أداء مهام إضافية يكلف بها من قبل مشرف/مدير الإنتاج

المهارات والكفاءات:

• معرفة أساسية ببيئة المصنع أو الإنتاج

• مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت جيدة

• الانتباه للتفاصيل والدقة

• القدرة على اتباع التعليمات والإجراءات القياسية

• الأمانة والموثوقية عند التعامل مع مواد عالية القيمة
