Job Description:
The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling office equipment, including Ricoh photocopiers, MFPs, facsimiles, printers, card printers, barcode/label printers, and screens. The role also facilitates leads for related divisions such as Laserfiche and other brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell the entire range of office equipment to meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit daily reports.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Arrange product demonstrations and provide exceptional sales and after-sales service.
Ensure pricing compliance using the provided price list.
Achieve monthly sales targets for all designated brands.
Maintain professionalism and uphold company confidentiality.
Foster strong relationships with clients to meet printing and copying needs.
Requirements:
Valid Bahrain driving license and own car.
Knowledge of office equipment and sales skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Previous sales experience, especially in office equipment or technology, is highly desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in sales software are a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

مسؤول عن الترويج وبيع معدات المكاتب بما في ذلك آلات النسخ Ricoh، وأجهزة MFP، والفاكسات، والطابعات، وطابعات البطاقات، وطابعات الباركود/الملصقات، والشاشات، بالإضافة إلى تنشيط العملاء المحتملين للأقسام الأخرى مثل Laserfiche وغيرها من العلامات التجارية.
المهام الرئيسية:
الترويج وبيع مجموعة معدات المكاتب لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لجميع أنشطة المبيعات وتقديم التقارير اليومية.

ترتيب عروض المنتجات وتقديم خدمة مبيعات وما بعد البيع متميزة.
الالتزام بأسعار المنتجات وفق القوائم المحددة.
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية لجميع العلامات التجارية المخصصة.
الحفاظ على الاحترافية وحماية سرية الشركة.
تعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء لتلبية احتياجاتهم في الطباعة والنسخ.
المتطلبات:
رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية وسيارة خاصة.
معرفة بمعدات المكاتب ومهارات البيع.
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل شهادة جامعية في الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة سابقة في المبيعات، خصوصًا في معدات المكاتب أو التكنولوجيا، مفضلة.
مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، وإجادة استخدام برامج المبيعات ميزة إضافية.
سجل مثبت في تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
