Site Supervisor
Role Description:
- Conduct site surveys and setting out/marking for interior finishes on site
- Prepare work program/scheduling of projects, preferably in MS Projects
- Prepare daily/regular site reports with progress pictures and report to PM
- Handle, plan, and delegate workers/charge hands depending on work requirements
- Coordinate and follow up with multiple trades on site – MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant, etc.
- Adhere and monitor safety/first aid aspects on site periodically
- Report/highlight discrepancies on site vs drawings, emergencies, accidents, etc., to PM immediately
- Liaise/follow up with factory team for manufacturing/delivery of required joinery items per project
- Attend site meetings with clients along with PM and act on points discussed
- Book time sheets of workers daily
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and night shifts as required
- Check as-built quantities by subcontractors and submit final reports for project completion
QA/QC Associate Manager
Job Purpose:
- Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards, project specifications, and industry regulations
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems across production and project activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes in line with ISO9001 and FSC standards
- Prepare and maintain written procedures for production QC and corporate QA
- Implement digital systems for quality tracking and reporting (e.g., dashboards, barcode systems)
- Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process checks, and final product audits across departments
- Ensure only approved materials are used and work complies with approved drawings and method statements
- Control non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions in coordination with relevant managers
Senior Project Engineer
Role Description:
- Manage the project at site from client possession to site handover
- Specify project objectives and plans including scope, scheduling, and performance requirements
- Maximize resource efficiency (labor, materials, equipment)
- Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction processes
- Maintain accurate records of construction progress
- Oversee construction sites, vendors, and trades while maintaining communication with clients
- Manage project aspects including cost, time, quality, contract administration, and safety
- Define responsibilities and management structure of the project team, and implement project controls
Planner
Process Improvement:
- Provide operational and administrative support to increase team efficiency
- Propose and assist in implementing innovations to enhance departmental functionality and output
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
- 3–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and operations within manufacturing or construction/fit-out industry
- Experience with Extension of Time techniques, baseline schedules, updates, EVM, weekly/monthly reports, and dashboards
- Proficiency in Primavera P6; MS Project is an advantage
- Understanding of proper sequencing of projects and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Production Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day production work in the workshop alongside supervisor and team leads managing 50–60 fabrication/welding professionals
- Monitor daily production schedules
- Supervise a team of 20 fabrication and welding professionals
- Possess hand-sketching skills for bespoke metal fabrication detailing
- Oversee production under supervision of the production engineer
- Ensure efficiency of sheet metal machines and maintain 5S principles
- Enforce discipline and PPE compliance among workers
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk and Epicor
Personal Qualities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication industry
- Good knowledge of sheet metal machinery and processes including laser cutting, press brake, rolling, MIG/TIG welding, and fabrication tools
- Strong experience in metal interior fabrication

- حضور الاجتماعات مع العميل مع مدير المشروع وتسجيل المناقشات وتنفيذ النقاط المتفق عليها.
- تسجيل ساعات عمل العمال يومياً.
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والدوريات الليلية عند الحاجة.
- التحقق من كميات الأعمال المنفذة من قبل المقاولين الفرعيين وتقديم التقرير عند الانتهاء لأغراض الحساب النهائي.
مدير مساعد ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة (QA/QC Associate Manager)
الوصف الوظيفي:
- قيادة وإدارة وظائف ضمان الجودة (QA) ومراقبة الجودة (QC) وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير والمواصفات واللوائح.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة الجودة عبر الإنتاج والمشاريع.
- إعداد إجراءات QA/QC وفق ISO9001 و FSC.
- تطبيق أنظمة رقمية لمتابعة الجودة والتقارير (لوحات تحكم، أنظمة الباركود).
- الإشراف على فحص المواد الواردة، والفحوصات أثناء العمليات، والتدقيق النهائي للمنتجات عبر الأقسام.

مهندس مشروع أول (Senior Project Engineer)
الوصف الوظيفي:
- الإدارة الكاملة للمشروع في الموقع من استلام الوحدة من العميل حتى التسليم النهائي.
- تحديد أهداف المشروع وخططه بما في ذلك تحديد نطاق العمل والجدولة ومتطلبات الأداء.
- تحقيق أقصى كفاءة للموارد (العمالة، المواد، المعدات).
- تنفيذ العمليات المختلفة عبر التنسيق والتحكم في التخطيط والتصميم والتقدير والعقد والبناء.

مهندس إنتاج (Production Engineer)
المسؤوليات:

المؤهلات والشخصية المطلوبة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة تصنيع الصفائح المعدنية.
- معرفة جيدة بآليات وعمليات الصفائح المعدنية بما في ذلك القص بالليزر، ثني الصفائح، اللحام MIG/TIG، وأدوات التصنيع.
