Senior Site Supervisor
Role Summary
Supervise and execute end-to-end work at multiple sites assigned by proper delegation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders within defined deadlines.
Role Description
- Oversee site surveys for all assigned sites.
- Supervise setting out/marking for interior finishes.
- Prepare BOQ with quantity take-off, preferably with specifications.
- Prepare work program/scheduling of projects using MS Projects.
- Prepare/review daily/regular site reports with progress pictures and report to PM.
- Plan, delegate, and supervise workers/charge hands based on work requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up with multiple trades on-site (MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant).
- Monitor safety and first aid aspects periodically.
- Report discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents to PM immediately.
Logistics Manager
Personal Qualities & Requirements
- 10–15 years of similar functional experience, preferably in interior fit-out contracting companies.
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in freight negotiation for imports and exports.
- Expert knowledge of export documentation.
- Well-versed in import/export clearance and custom duty refund claims.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
- Proficient in standard logistics software, including ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
Projects Manager
Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in joinery manufacturing with hospitality and entertainment project management experience.
- Experience with joinery fabrication process: site surveys, fabrication shop drawings, cutting lists, material take-offs, ordering.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials: timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, fabrics, glass, stone, lighting.
- Technical problem-solving skills, especially with interfacing different materials.
- Proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office applications.
