Mechanical Technician III
Qualifications
- Minimum a technical degree in mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of reciprocating engines, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment within Oil & Gas industry
- Hands on Knowledge of Caterpillar, Waukesha engines, Ariel, Superior, and Dresser Rand compressors. Familiarity with Solar Mars 100 gas turbines and centrifugal compressors is a plus
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, problem-solving and information analysis interpersonal skills
- Capable of performing all maintenance activities up to the Top-End Overhaul level, including tasks such as replacing main bearings, cylinder liners, and pistons and perform engine-compressor alignment independently
- Strong understanding of Maintenance Management System (Work orders, Preventive/Corrective/and Predictive Maintenance) methodology
- Computer proficiency is mandatory. Good working knowledge of typical Microsoft suite of software is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good English commands, written and spoken. Arabic is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Remote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours and vibrating platforms
- Different shift schedules. Available on call

- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات وتحليل المعلومات والمهارات الشخصية
- القدرة على أداء جميع أنشطة الصيانة حتى مستوى Top-End Overhaul، بما في ذلك استبدال المحامل الرئيسية، بطانات الأسطوانات والمكابس، وأداء محاذاة المحرك-الضاغط بشكل مستقل
- فهم قوي لمنهجية إدارة الصيانة (أوامر العمل، الصيانة الوقائية/التصحيحية/التنبؤية)
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب ضرورية، ومعرفة جيدة ببرامج Microsoft الأساسية
