Responsibilities:
• Supervise and delegate carpentry assignments to the team
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules
• Assign workforce based on workload and criticality
• Supervise shifting of jobs at various facilities
• Monitor and maintain quality of work
• Provide progress reports as required
• Implement Environment/Health/Safety/Quality manual requirements
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience as Carpentry Supervisor
• Bahrain Driving License
• Hands-on carpentry experience
• People management skills
• Basic computer skills
• High School or Diploma degree
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Technician, General – I
Responsibilities:
• Execute service requests and conduct physical inspections of service points
• Perform vehicle servicing, steam cleaning, and minor repairs (tyre removal, alignment, wheel balancing)
• Conduct acid stripping of wheels and metal surfaces
• Identify and report additional repairs
• Ensure customer requirements are fully met
• Use and maintain tools and equipment properly
• Complete maintenance and repair work promptly
• Adhere to quality standards, processes, and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Secondary school or Diploma in a related field
• 1–3 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
