• Deliver shipment documentation and assist in tender development.
• Maintain databases to enable quick responses to network queries.
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers and airlines.
• Prepare carrier performance reports and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while ensuring service and transit targets.
Key Account Specialist - AFR
Responsibilities:

المسؤوليات:
• العمل كنقطة الاتصال الأولى للعميل لمعلومات الشحن، إدارة الحوادث والشكاوى، والتسعير حسب الحاجة والمطالبات.
• التأكد من تسجيل التكاليف والإيرادات بشكل صحيح وفقاً لملف العميل وحل المشكلات البسيطة والمعقدة.
• إدارة الأنشطة على مستوى الشحن بما في ذلك استلام حجوزات العملاء، متطلبات الوثائق، وكل ما يتعلق بالنقل المحلي والدولي.
• إدارة الشحنات وفقاً لالتزام خدمة العملاء.
• متابعة وتسجيل والتواصل بشكل استباقي حول الاستثناءات أو المخالفات التشغيلية.
• ضمان جودة عالية لبيانات الشحن.
• اتباع وتنفيذ إجراءات الامتثال التنظيمي الضرورية المتعلقة بالبضائع والمواقع الخاصة بالشحنات.
• توجيه وتخصيص الشحنات للمركز المناسب الذي يحقق التزام الخدمة للعملاء ويزيد الربحية.
