Audit & Assurance | Tadarab Intern
During your tenure as a Tadarab Intern in Audit & Assurance, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Be responsible for preparation of audit strategy and business plans, setting budgets and pricing, scheduling audits, selecting staff and assigning workloads, and financial reporting.
- Assume responsibility for small components of engagements and contribute to strong client relationships.
- Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to clients and contribute to a positive team attitude.
- Demonstrate ability to plan and manage engagements and people, ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
- Develop and motivate audit staff, providing counseling and career guidance.
Qualifications:
- 0 - 1 year of experience in public accounting, auditing, or audit management
- Knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards
- Experience in financial services or energy industry is an asset
- International accounting qualification required: CA, ACCA, or CPA
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing). Preference for bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)

Qualifications and Technical Capabilities:
- Graduates – no experience required
- Minimum GPA 3/4
- BA in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Desire to pursue a career in professional services (SOCPA/CPA)
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage projects, produce project plans and key deliverables
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills, attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in deadline-oriented environment with flexible work hours

- Good knowledge of internal controls, design, and operating effectiveness
- Understanding of risk assessment, audit planning, scoping, and sampling
- Internal Audit report writing skills and understanding of rating methodology
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

المهام والمسؤوليات

المؤهلات
