Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in QEHS management, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QEHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
- Proficiency in QEHS management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

المؤهلات المطلوبة للنجاح:
درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الجودة، العلوم البيئية، الصحة والسلامة المهنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
يفضل خبرة 7-10 سنوات أو أكثر في إدارة QEHS، ويفضل ضمن قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG) أو التصنيع.
معرفة قوية بلوائح ومعايير وممارسات الجودة والسلامة والبيئة.
مهارات قيادية وإدارة فرق ممتازة.
قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات وإدارة المخاطر قوية.
إجادة برامج وأدوات إدارة QEHS.
مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
