Maintenance Technician

About the Job:

Amalfi Foods is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support the continuous operation of our food production facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing production machinery, utilities, and facility systems to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and product quality. The role covers mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems within an industrial bakery and food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines, including bakery and packaging machines

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Respond quickly to production breakdowns and minimize downtime

• Inspect machines regularly and identify potential failures before they occur

• Replace worn or defective parts such as motors, belts, bearings, sensors, heaters, and switches

Production Line Support:

• Support setup and commissioning of new machines and production lines

• Work closely with production supervisors during shifts to ensure smooth operations

• Adjust machine settings and calibrations when required

• Assist in line changeovers and format adjustments

تبحث شركة Amalfi Foods عن فني صيانة ماهر وموثوق لدعم التشغيل المستمر لمصنع إنتاج الأغذية. يكون الفني مسؤولاً عن تركيب وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح ماكينات الإنتاج والمرافق لضمان الحد الأقصى من وقت التشغيل، والسلامة، وجودة المنتج. يغطي الدور أنظمة ميكانيكية، كهربائية، وأتمتة أساسية داخل بيئة مخبز صناعي وتصنيع الأغذية.

المهام الوظيفية:

صيانة المعدات:

• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على خطوط الإنتاج، بما في ذلك ماكينات المخبز والتغليف.

• استكشاف وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهوائية والهيدروليكية.

• الاستجابة بسرعة للأعطال وتقليل فترة التوقف عن العمل.

• فحص الماكينات بانتظام وتحديد الأعطال المحتملة قبل حدوثها.

• استبدال الأجزاء البالية أو المعطوبة مثل المحركات، الأحزمة، المحامل، المستشعرات، السخانات، والمفاتيح.

دعم خطوط الإنتاج:

• دعم تركيب وتشغيل الماكينات الجديدة وخطوط الإنتاج.

• العمل بشكل وثيق مع مشرفي الإنتاج خلال الورديات لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.

• ضبط إعدادات الماكينات والمعايرة عند الحاجة.

• المساعدة في تغييرات الخطوط وتعديلات الصيغ.
