System Admin Engineer

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Salary: BD600.000 - BD750.000 per month

Job Description:
Zak Solutions is seeking an experienced System Admin Engineer to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises servers, network solutions, and IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Microsoft technologies, networking, and security protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AWS accounts, including EC2 instances, AMIs, and security configurations

• Administer on-premises and cloud servers and storage systems

• Maintain Active Directory and Windows server OS

• Manage Microsoft Office365 Admin accounts

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware

• Monitor system performance and maintain according to requirements

• Troubleshoot IT issues and system outages

• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and antivirus management

• Upgrade systems with new releases and hardware models

• Develop staff expertise by training on new technologies

• Create an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

• Set up new users and manage intranet access

• Manage and maintain file servers

• Apply latest security protocols

• Maintain, configure, and support networking solutions, including LAN, WAN, VOIP, Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a reputed institution

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, or other IT-related fields

• Valid Bahraini Driving License

• Preference for candidates available locally in Bahrain

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Manama before starting work

تبحث شركة Zak Solutions عن مهندس نظم ذو خبرة لإدارة وصيانة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، بما في ذلك الخوادم السحابية والمحلية، حلول الشبكات، وأنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح بخبرة قوية في AWS، تقنيات Microsoft، الشبكات، وبروتوكولات الأمان، مع القدرة على حل المشكلات المعقدة ودعم العمليات التشغيلية للشركة.

المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة حسابات AWS بما في ذلك EC2 وAMIs وإعدادات الأمان

• إدارة الخوادم المحلية والسحابية وأنظمة التخزين

• صيانة Active Directory ونظام تشغيل Windows Server

• إدارة حسابات Microsoft Office365 Admin

• حل المشكلات والأعطال في الأنظمة

• ضمان الأمان من خلال التحكم في الوصول والنسخ الاحتياطي وإدارة برامج مكافحة الفيروسات

• ترقية الأنظمة بالإصدارات والنماذج الجديدة

• تدريب الموظفين على التقنيات الجديدة

• إنشاء ويكي داخلي يتضمن الوثائق الفنية والدلائل وسياسات تكنولوجيا المعلومات

• إعداد مستخدمين جدد وإعطائهم حق الوصول إلى الشبكة الداخلية

• إدارة وصيانة خوادم الملفات

• تطبيق أحدث بروتوكولات الأمان

• صيانة وتكوين ودعم حلول الشبكات، بما في ذلك LAN، WAN، VOIP، أجهزة Cisco (راوترات، سويتشات، جدران نارية) والأجهزة الأخرى

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التكنولوجيا من مؤسسة معروفة

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مشابه

• شهادات في Microsoft أو AWS أو أي مجال ذو صلة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية

• تفضيل للمرشحين المتواجدين محليًا في البحرين

القدرة على الانتقال/التنقل:

• يجب أن يكون المرشح قادرًا على الانتقال أو التخطيط للانتقال إلى المنامة قبل بدء العمل
