Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bahraini National (mandatory).

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Knowledge of the local market is a strong advantage.

Structural Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a Structural Engineer with proven experience in Tensile Structure Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and analyzing tensile membrane structures, with strong technical knowledge and project execution skills.
Key Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tensile structure projects.
-
Strong knowledge of tensile membrane systems, steel structures, and load analysis.
-
Experience in structural design, calculations, and drawings.
-
Proficiency in relevant design software.
-
Ability to review designs, ensure safety compliance, and support project execution.
-
Experience in GCC projects is an added advantage.

Structural Design & Analysis

Design and analyze tensile structures.

Prepare structural calculations and drawings.
Coordination & Support
-
Coordinate with production and site teams.
-
Provide technical support during fabrication and installation.
Compliance & Standards

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements.

نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي ذو خبرة مثبتة في تصميم الهياكل المشدودة (Tensile Structures) للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. سيكون المرشح المثالي ذو خبرة عملية في تصميم وتحليل الهياكل الغشائية المشدودة، مع معرفة تقنية قوية وقدرة على تنفيذ المشاريع.
المتطلبات الرئيسية

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية / الهندسة الإنشائية.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في مشاريع الهياكل المشدودة.
-
معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأغشية المشدودة، والهياكل الفولاذية، وتحليل الأحمال.
-
خبرة في التصميم الإنشائي، الحسابات، والرسومات.
-
إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم ذات الصلة.
-
القدرة على مراجعة التصاميم وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة ودعم تنفيذ المشاريع.
-
الخبرة في مشاريع دول الخليج ميزة إضافية.

التنسيق والدعم الفني

التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والموقع.

تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء التصنيع والتركيب.
