Early Careers – Operations Internship

Job Description:
This internship provides students and early-career candidates with the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in SLB’s operations environment. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to real projects while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills.

The program is designed to help candidates understand how SLB operates, evaluate cultural fit, and demonstrate their ability to succeed in a dynamic and challenging workplace. Internships may last from a few months up to one year, depending on business needs and candidate availability.

SLB offers two internship tracks within Operations:

• Field Engineer Internship:
  Applicants must have completed at least the second year of an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline. Interns will support field operations, assist with engineering tasks, and gain exposure to equipment, processes, and operational decision-making.

• Field Specialist Internship:
  Applicants must be working toward a two-year technical degree or equivalent qualification. Interns will support technical field activities, learn operational procedures, and assist in delivering high-quality services to clients.

يمنح هذا التدريب الفرصة للطلاب وحديثي التخرج لاكتساب خبرة عملية مباشرة داخل بيئة تشغيلية حقيقية في شركة SLB. يعمل المتدربون جنبًا إلى جنب مع خبراء متخصصين، ويشاركون في مشاريع فعلية تساعدهم على تطوير مهاراتهم التقنية والمهنية.

يمتد التدريب من عدة أشهر وقد يصل إلى عام كامل، ويهدف إلى تمكين المتدرب من فهم آلية العمل داخل الشركة، والتأكد من التوافق مع ثقافتها المهنية، وإثبات الجدارة والقدرة على النجاح في بيئة عمل احترافية وسريعة التطور.

يتوفر مساران للتدريب في مجال العمليات:

• تدريب مهندس ميداني:
  يشترط إكمال السنة الثانية على الأقل من درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أحد التخصصات العلمية ذات الصلة. يشارك المتدرب في دعم العمليات الميدانية والمهام الهندسية واكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة العمل الحقيقية.

• تدريب أخصائي ميداني:
  يشترط أن يكون المتقدم ملتحقًا ببرنامج دبلوم تقني مدته سنتان أو ما يعادله. يشارك المتدرب في الأنشطة الفنية الميدانية ويتعلم إجراءات التشغيل ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
