Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Summary
MSCEB is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its Architectural team. The position is open to mid-level and senior professionals, with responsibilities and authority aligned to the candidate’s level of experience and professional competency.
The successful candidate will be involved in interior design projects from concept development through detailed design and construction stages. The role requires close coordination with Architecture, MEP, Landscape, BIM teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of fully integrated and high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts and carry projects through schematic and detailed design stages.
Prepare detailed interior design drawings, material boards, FF&E selections, lighting concepts, and detailing packages.
Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Landscape, and BIM teams to ensure seamless and coordinated design outcomes.
Participate in or lead client presentations, internal design reviews, and coordination meetings.
Ensure all interior design work complies with project briefs, quality standards, timelines, and approved budgets.
Provide technical support during tendering and construction phases, including responding to design clarifications and site-related queries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university.
Master’s Degree is considered an advantage, particularly for senior-level candidates.
Technical & Professional Skills
Mandatory experience using Revit.
Strong capabilities in design development, detailing, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Proven experience with FF&E, material selection, lighting design, and interior detailing.
High attention to accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery of tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Experience working on large-scale or complex projects is considered a strong advantage.

سيشارك المصمم الداخلي في جميع مراحل مشاريع التصميم الداخلي، بدءًا من مرحلة الفكرة والتصميم المبدئي وحتى مرحلة التصميم التفصيلي والتنفيذ. كما تتطلب الوظيفة تنسيقًا مستمرًا مع فرق العمارة، والميكانيكا والكهرباء، والتنسيق الحضري، وفرق نمذجة المعلومات (BIM) لضمان تقديم حلول تصميم متكاملة وعالية الجودة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تطوير مشاريع التصميم الداخلي من مرحلة الفكرة وحتى المراحل التفصيلية.
إعداد رسومات التصميم الداخلي، ولوحات المواد، واختيارات الأثاث والتجهيزات (FF&E)، ومفاهيم الإضاءة، وحزم التفاصيل الفنية.
التنسيق مع فرق العمارة، والميكانيكا والكهرباء، والتنسيق الحضري، وفرق الـ BIM لضمان تكامل التصميم.
دعم أو قيادة عروض العملاء، ومراجعات التصميم، واجتماعات التنسيق.
ضمان التزام التصميمات بمتطلبات المشروع، ومعايير الجودة، والجداول الزمنية، والميزانيات المعتمدة.
تقديم الدعم الفني خلال مراحل الطرح والتنفيذ، بما في ذلك الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية والتوضيحات التصميمية.
المؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو العمارة من جامعة معتمدة.
درجة الماجستير تُعد ميزة إضافية، خاصة للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة العليا.
المهارات الفنية والمهنية
خبرة إلزامية في استخدام برنامج Revit.
مهارات قوية في تطوير التصميم، وإعداد التفاصيل، والتنسيق بين التخصصات.
خبرة مثبتة في اختيار الأثاث والتجهيزات، والمواد، والإضاءة، والتفاصيل الداخلية.
مستوى عالٍ من الدقة والالتزام بالجودة والمواعيد النهائية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية.
الخبرة في المشاريع الكبيرة أو المعقدة تُعد ميزة إضافية.
