Site Engineering Manager – Bahrain
Location: Capital Governorate, Manama, Bahrain
Work Type: On-site, Full Time
Job Purpose:
The Site Engineering Manager at Reckitt Bahrain is responsible for managing and executing non-routine, strategic engineering projects critical to the Factory's operations. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, drives business outcomes, and applies engineering disciplines to meet production requirements efficiently. The manager coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective, flexible solutions that support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical and management aspects of engineering projects.
Ensure successful completion of projects on time, in full (OTIF).
Maintain regular contact with project clients and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
Monitor budgets and track financial trends for projects.
Participate in client/contractor meetings and resolve site management issues.
Review and approve project client invoices.
Ensure all contractors are trained on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and evaluate environmental impact of engineering works.
Ensure compliance with legal EHS requirements.
Report, investigate, and manage hazards and incidents promptly.
Supervise site safety procedures for all new projects.
Develop succession plans for the engineering team.
Participate in risk and impact assessments of the site.
Execute other duties and special projects as required.
Experience Required:
8+ years progressive engineering experience in a related role within FMCG.
Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Knowledge of onsite HS, Quality, Finance, and GMS procedures.
Strong decision-making and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build high-performance teams.
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

مدير الهندسة في الموقع – البحرين

الغرض من الوظيفة:
يتولى مدير الهندسة في موقع Reckitt البحرين إدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية الاستراتيجية غير الروتينية التي تُعد حاسمة لعمليات المصنع. يضمن هذا الدور توافق المشاريع مع أهداف الشركة، تحقيق النتائج التجارية، وتطبيق المبادئ الهندسية لتلبية احتياجات الإنتاج بكفاءة. ويعمل المدير على التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية لتقديم حلول فعالة ومرنة تدعم احتياجات العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
التخطيط، الجدولة، وتنسيق الجوانب الفنية والإدارية للمشاريع الهندسية.
ضمان إنجاز المشاريع بنجاح في الوقت المحدد وبالكامل (OTIF).
الحفاظ على التواصل المنتظم مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة بالمشروع.
المساعدة في إعداد مقترحات المشاريع الهندسية.
مراقبة الميزانيات وتتبع الاتجاهات المالية للمشاريع.
المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء/المقاولين وحل مشكلات إدارة الموقع.
مراجعة واعتماد فواتير عملاء المشروع.
التأكد من تدريب جميع المقاولين على إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية (EHS).
إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتقييم الأثر البيئي للأعمال الهندسية.
ضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات EHS القانونية.
الإبلاغ والتحقيق في المخاطر والحوادث فور حدوثها.
الإشراف على إجراءات السلامة في الموقع لجميع المشاريع الجديدة.
تطوير خطط خلافة لفريق الهندسة.
المشاركة في تقييمات المخاطر وتأثير الموقع.
تنفيذ مهام أخرى ومشاريع خاصة عند الحاجة.
الخبرة المطلوبة:
8 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة الهندسية التدريجية في دور مشابه ضمن صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
القدرة المثبتة على تحقيق النتائج من خلال التعاون بين الوظائف المختلفة.
شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة.
معرفة بإجراءات السلامة، الجودة، المالية، وGMS في الموقع.
مهارات ممتازة في اتخاذ القرار وإدارة المشاريع.
القدرة على بناء فرق عمل عالية الأداء.
مهارات تحليلية قوية والتخطيط وحل المشكلات.
المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح:
إدارة سلسلة التوريد، الشراكة التجارية، والتعاون بين الفرق.
إدارة العلاقات، الفطنة التجارية، إدارة الإنتاجية.
