Interior Designer (Kitchen) / Sales Executive – Full-Time (Manama)

Job Summary:

Khalaifat Co. W.L.L is seeking a qualified Interior Designer / Sales Executive for its kitchen division. The role combines creative interior design skills with client-facing sales responsibilities, ensuring high-quality kitchen design solutions and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (professional certifications are a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in Interior Design or experience in kitchen design and sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss and determine kitchen design requirements.
• Advise clients on kitchen design factors such as space planning, layout, fittings, appliances, and color coordination.
• Develop and interpret clients’ needs into rough kitchen layout plans.
• Use CAD, 3DMax, or other design software to create models and visuals of kitchen designs.
• Prepare detailed plans, diagrams, and sketches for construction, finishes, lighting, fittings, and accessories.
• Research and select suitable kitchen materials, fittings, and product sources.
• Estimate material requirements and costs; present proposals to clients for approval.
• Coordinate and correspond with suppliers for kitchen materials, fittings, and appliances.
• Inspect and supervise kitchen installation work for quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.
• Resolve technical issues or site-related challenges during execution.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with installers and contractors as needed.
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors to ensure proper kitchen integration.
• Report to management as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

تبحث شركة Khalaifat Co. W.L.L عن مصمم داخلي / موظف مبيعات مؤهل لقسم المطابخ. يجمع الدور بين مهارات التصميم الداخلي الإبداعي ومسؤوليات المبيعات المباشرة مع العملاء، لضمان تقديم حلول تصميم مطابخ عالية الجودة وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى (الشهادات المهنية ميزة إضافية).
• خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في دور مشابه.
• خلفية في التصميم الداخلي أو خبرة في تصميم وبيع المطابخ.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء بشكل فعال.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الاجتماع مع العملاء لمناقشة متطلبات تصميم المطابخ.
• تقديم النصائح للعملاء حول تخطيط المساحات، التوزيع، التركيبات، الأجهزة، وتنسيق الألوان.
• تطوير وتحويل احتياجات العملاء إلى مخططات أولية لتصميم المطابخ.

• استخدام برامج التصميم مثل CAD أو 3DMax لإنشاء نماذج ومرئيات لتصاميم المطابخ.

• إعداد خطط مفصلة، ورسوم بيانية، ومخططات للبناء والتشطيبات والإضاءة والتركيبات والإكسسوارات.
• البحث واختيار المواد المناسبة للمطابخ، والتركيبات، ومصادر المنتجات.
• تقدير المواد والتكاليف وتقديم المقترحات للعملاء للموافقة.
• التنسيق مع الموردين للمواد والتركيبات والأجهزة.
• فحص والإشراف على أعمال تركيب المطابخ لضمان الجودة والسلامة والالتزام بالمواعيد.

• حل المشكلات الفنية أو تحديات الموقع أثناء التنفيذ.

• القيام بزيارات ميدانية والتنسيق مع الفنيين والمقاولين عند الحاجة.
• العمل عن كثب مع المصممين والمهندسين والمقاولين لضمان تكامل التصميم.
• تقديم تقارير للإدارة عند الحاجة.
• أداء مهام أخرى متعلقة بالوظيفة عند الطلب.
