Job Title: Finance Analyst
The Finance Analyst at Hilti is responsible for supporting both Financial Controlling and Credit & Collection (C&C) functions, contributing directly to performance management, reporting, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Controlling:
Prepare Value Creation Cockpits and Performance Management decks summarizing financial and operational target achievements
Develop detailed monthly OPEX tracking reports to identify deviations and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Regional and Global teams on financial planning, year-end closing, and project implementation
Liaise with Hilti’s Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure correct postings per Finance Manual guidelines
Review Sales team targets, validate achievement rates, and finalize bonus ratings
Credit & Collection (C&C):
Own assigned region and manage collection performance
Analyze reporting tools such as aging and collection reports to prioritize customers and create action plans
Maintain accurate system records of all customer interactions, agreements, and payments
Coordinate collection activities with internal stakeholders, including Sales teams
Provide guidance and support to the Finance Director on accruals, liabilities, and internal controls
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Engineering
Professional qualification required (CPA, ACCA, CMA)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines independently
Driven, proactive, and passionate about Finance

يتولى محلل المالية في Hilti مسؤولية دعم كل من وظائف الرقابة المالية و الائتمان والتحصيل (C&C)، والمساهمة مباشرة في إدارة الأداء وإعداد التقارير واتخاذ القرارات التجارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
الرقابة المالية:
إعداد تقارير Value Creation Cockpits وتقارير إدارة الأداء التي تلخص تحقيق الأهداف المالية والتشغيلية
تطوير تقارير متابعة OPEX الشهرية لتحديد الانحرافات وفرص التحسين
التعاون مع الفرق الإقليمية والعالمية في التخطيط المالي وإغلاق السنة المالية وتنفيذ المشاريع
التنسيق مع مركز الخدمات المشتركة لضمان تسجيل العمليات وفق دليل المالية الداخلي
مراجعة أهداف فرق المبيعات والتحقق من معدلات الإنجاز وتقييم المكافآت
الائتمان والتحصيل (C&C):
إدارة المنطقة المخصصة ومسؤولية أداء التحصيل
تحليل أدوات التقارير مثل Aging وCollection لتحديد أولويات العملاء ووضع خطط عمل
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع تفاعلات العملاء والاتفاقيات والمدفوعات
تنسيق أنشطة التحصيل مع الأقسام الداخلية بما في ذلك فرق المبيعات
تقديم التوجيه والدعم لمدير المالية بشأن الاستحقاقات والخصوم والرقابة الداخلية
المتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو الهندسة
مؤهل مهني مطلوب (CPA، ACCA، CMA)
مهارات تحليلية قوية وإجادة عالية لبرنامج Excel
مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة
قدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم وتحقيق الأهداف بشكل مستقل
