Job Title: Warehouse Operations Executive
Job Summary
Bidfood ME is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Executive to join the Bahrain team. The role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure safe, efficient, and timely handling of goods. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to optimize warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
GRN Collection: Verify Goods Received Notes (GRN) by quantity and damages against the physical goods and supplier packing lists.
GDN Clearance: Ensure dispatched goods are booked against Goods Dispatch Notes (GDN) and cleared from the WMS in a timely manner to avoid excessive storage charges.
FEFO Compliance Checks: Regularly review daily GDN reports for FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) compliance to prevent expiry risks.
Delivery Planning: Plan delivery routes and optimize truck usage; request additional trucks when needed for essential orders.
Delivery Coordination: Communicate client delivery instructions to the delivery team and ensure successful fulfillment.
Credit Memo Issuance: Issue credit memos only for goods returned in good condition.
Damage Transfers: Verify damages and apply damage transfers on NS system.
Invoice Cancellations: Cancel pending invoices not delivered or collected within 48 hours.
Random Cycle Counts: Direct the warehouse to perform cycle counts on high-value or suspect goods.
Monthly Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile stock records in ERP against WMS and share variances with finance for NS application.
Stock Shrinkage Report: Report details of damages, their causes, and financial value, as well as variances.
Loading Checklist: Ensure items and quantities loaded match invoices; attach LPOs where necessary.
Temperature & Hygiene Checks: Randomly check goods’ temperature prior to loading; ensure trucks are pre-cooled.
Loading Supervision: Oversee loading to prevent damage during handling.
Offloading Supervision: Monitor offloading and temperature logs to ensure goods are in good condition.
No-record Stock Tracking: Maintain and report items not recorded in WMS, e.g., opened beef boxes.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu proficiency preferred; basic Arabic is a plus.
Must be based in Bahrain.
Strong problem-solving skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
استلام GRN: التحقق من كميات البضائع وأي أضرار مقارنة بالمستلم واللائحة الخاصة بالمورد.
تصفية GDN: التأكد من تسجيل البضائع المرسلة وفق GDN وتصفية المستودع في الوقت المناسب لتجنب رسوم التخزين الزائدة.
التحقق من FEFO: مراجعة تقارير GDN اليومية للامتثال لمبدأ FEFO لتجنب انتهاء صلاحية المنتجات.
تخطيط التوصيل: تخطيط طرق التوصيل وتحقيق أفضل استخدام للشاحنات، وطلب شاحنات إضافية عند الحاجة للطلبات الأساسية.
تنسيق التوصيل: إيصال تعليمات التوصيل من العملاء إلى فريق التوصيل وضمان تنفيذها بنجاح.
إصدار CM: إصدار مذكرات ائتمان فقط للبضائع المرتجعة بحالة جيدة.
نقل الأضرار: التحقق من الأضرار وتطبيقها في نظام NS.
إلغاء الفواتير: إلغاء الفواتير المعلقة غير المسلَّمة أو التي لم تُجمع خلال 48 ساعة.
الجرد العشوائي: توجيه المستودع لإجراء جرد على البضائع ذات القيمة العالية أو المشتبه بها.
المطابقة الشهرية للمخزون: مطابقة سجلات المخزون في ERP مع WMS وإبلاغ قسم المالية بالفروقات.
تقرير نقص المخزون: تقديم تقرير يوضح تفاصيل الأضرار وأسبابها وقيمتها، وكذلك الفروقات وقيمتها.
قائمة فحص التحميل: التأكد من تطابق الكميات المحملة مع الفواتير، وإرفاق LPOs عند الحاجة.
فحص درجة الحرارة والنظافة: التحقق من درجة حرارة البضائع قبل التحميل، والتأكد من تبريد الشاحنات مسبقًا.
الإشراف على التحميل: مراقبة عملية التحميل لضمان عدم حدوث أي ضرر أثناء التعامل.
الإشراف على التفريغ: متابعة عملية التفريغ وفحص سجلات درجة الحرارة لضمان وصول البضائع بحالة جيدة.
تتبع المخزون غير المسجل: الحفاظ على قائمة البضائع غير المسجلة في WMS مثل صناديق اللحم المفتوحة.
المؤهلات
مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ يُفضّل معرفة الهندية/الأردية؛ اللغة العربية الأساسية ميزة.
يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا في البحرين.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
