1. Maintenance Technician – Mechanical – Full-Time (Zallaq, Southern Governorate, Bahrain)
Job Summary:
Agricultural House Association is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs of industrial equipment at its on-site facility in Zallaq. The role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues in machinery.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all industrial machinery operates efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and department teams to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Recommend improvements to machinery, processes, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance processes to reduce operational downtime.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and industrial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate in a team environment.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field is preferred.

تبحث Agricultural House Association عن فني صيانة ميكانيكي ماهر لأداء أعمال الصيانة الروتينية وإصلاح المعدات الصناعية في منشأتها بالزلاق. يلعب هذا الدور دورًا أساسيًا لضمان كفاءة العمليات، الامتثال لمعايير السلامة، وتقليل فترات توقف المعدات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• أداء الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية على المعدات الميكانيكية لتجنب الأعطال.
• تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية وإصلاحها بكفاءة.
• إجراء الفحوصات وضمان عمل جميع المعدات الصناعية بكفاءة وسلامة.
• التعاون مع فريق الصيانة وبقية الأقسام لتنسيق الإصلاحات والتحديثات.
• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع أنشطة الصيانة والفحوصات والإصلاحات.
• الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والمعايير التنظيمية لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.
• تقديم توصيات لتحسين المعدات، العمليات، وجداول الصيانة الوقائية.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
• إجادة صيانة المعدات، وتشخيص الأعطال، وإصلاح المعدات الصناعية.
• معرفة عمليات الصيانة الوقائية لتقليل توقف العمليات.
• خبرة عملية في الصيانة الميكانيكية والصناعية.
• دقة عالية والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
• القدرة على العمل في الموقع والتعاون الفعال ضمن فريق.
• يفضل وجود شهادة أو دبلوم فني في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصيانة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
