Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for diverse civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, and site development, leveraging advanced estimating software and techniques

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to accurately determine labor, material, and equipment costs, identifying potential risks and opportunities

• Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs, ensuring precision in measurements and calculations to support accurate bidding and cost control

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information, clarify project scope, and resolve any discrepancies in project documents

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction estimating

• Proven experience in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of civil projects

• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On Center Software, Trimble) and MS Office Suite

• إجادة استخدام برامج تقدير التكاليف (مثل Bluebeam، On Center Software، Trimble) وبرامج MS Office.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد تقديرات تكلفة مفصلة لمشاريع الهندسة المدنية المختلفة، بما في ذلك البنية التحتية، المباني، وتطوير المواقع، باستخدام برامج وتقنيات التقدير المتقدمة.

• تحليل خطط المشروع والمواصفات وظروف الموقع لتحديد تكاليف العمالة والمواد والمعدات بدقة، مع تحديد المخاطر والفرص المحتملة.

• إجراء حسابات دقيقة للكميات لضمان الدقة في القياسات والحسابات لدعم العطاءات الدقيقة والسيطرة على التكاليف.

• التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والمقاولين الفرعيين لجمع المعلومات، وتوضيح نطاق المشروع، وحل أي تناقضات في مستندات المشروع.
