Job Type: Full-time | Experience: 2-8 years
Responsibilities:
Manage daily café operations, including staff supervision and workflow
Prepare beverages and food items according to quality standards
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure proper training of café staff in beverage preparation and safety
Requirements:
2–8 years of experience in café or food & beverage management
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café operations
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
