Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute all plumbing repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems, including main panels, sub-panels, circuits, and switches across the property.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-volume cooking equipment.
Execute and document daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks (PMs) on all facility equipment.

Responsibilities:
Assist management in developing and implementing business and marketing plans to maximize restaurant revenues.

Perform restaurant opening and closing activities and manage repair and maintenance issues.

Send updated reservation reports for dinner to all departments by 6:30 PM.
