Job Title: Assistant Manager – Risk Advisory
Location: Bahrain

Responsibilities

Deliver compliance, governance, legal, and AML advisory engagements.

Conduct process reviews to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

Perform compliance reviews aligned with regulatory and best practice standards.

Provide corporate governance advisory services to clients across sectors.

Support engagements related to Enterprise Risk Management frameworks where applicable.
Requirements
-
Recognized degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
-
Professional qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, and/or a Master’s degree.
-
CAMS, CIA, and/or CISA certifications are considered an advantage.
-
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, governance, and AML functions.

المسؤوليات

تنفيذ مهام استشارية في مجالات الالتزام والحوكمة والشؤون القانونية ومكافحة غسل الأموال.

إجراء مراجعات للعمليات بهدف تحسين الكفاءة والامتثال.

تنفيذ مراجعات الالتزام وفق الأنظمة والمعايير المعتمدة.

تقديم خدمات استشارية في حوكمة الشركات.
-
دعم مشاريع أطر إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية عند الحاجة.
الشروط
-
شهادة جامعية معتمدة في القانون أو المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.

شهادة مهنية مثل ICAEW أو ACCA أو CPA أو درجة ماجستير.
-
شهادات CAMS أو CIA أو CISA تُعد ميزة إضافية.
-
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجالات الالتزام والحوكمة والشؤون القانونية ومكافحة غسل الأموال.
