About the Role:
The In-House Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role requires hands-on experience with machinery, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance staff.
Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Provide training and mentorship to junior maintenance technicians.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns and emergencies promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
Oversee maintenance staff, assign tasks, and ensure proper execution of maintenance activities.
Analyze machine performance, identify recurring issues, and propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Coordinate emergency repairs and provide rapid response to minimize downtime.
