Job Summary:
The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations at Sika’s manufacturing facility in Manama. The Plant Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, and align operations with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
