Project Engineer 

Details
We are seeking a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in Civil Construction, Building Finishing Works, and Interior Fit-Out Projects. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage project timelines and cost targets effectively

Quantity Surveyor 

Details
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience to support cost estimation, project budgeting, tendering, and contract administration. This role ensures projects are delivered within budget and according to quality standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction and interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and tender documentation
• Ability to conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material requirement sheets
• Strong understanding of contract administration and financial control

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البناء المدني والتشطيبات الداخلية
• قدرات تنظيمية قوية وتعدد المهام
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق
• القدرة على إدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وأهداف التكلفة بشكل فعال

مساح الكميات 

نبحث عن مساح كميات بخبرة تتراوح بين سنتين وأربع سنوات لدعم تقدير التكاليف، وإعداد ميزانيات المشاريع، وتقديم العطاءات، وإدارة العقود. يضمن هذا الدور تسليم المشاريع ضمن الميزانية المحددة ووفقًا لمعايير الجودة .

متطلبات

• من 2 إلى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في مسح الكميات لمشاريع البناء والتشطيب الداخلي
• معرفة تقدير التكلفة وقوائم الكميات ووثائق العطاءات
• القدرة على إجراء عمليات تحديد الكميات وإعداد أوراق متطلبات المواد
• فهم قوي لإدارة العقود والرقابة المالية
