Security Guard

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed Security Guards with valid GTS certification to maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and experienced in all aspects of security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and ensure the safety of all personnel and property

• Conduct surveillance and maintain access control at entry points

• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents

HSE Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to lead and manage health, safety, and environmental operations for offshore construction and marine projects. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with international standards and safeguarding personnel, assets, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• HSE Implementation: Implement and maintain HSE management systems for offshore and marine projects

• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis

• Safety Monitoring: Oversee offshore activities including diving, heavy lifts, pipe-laying, and vessel operations

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and client HSE requirements

• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of incidents, near-misses, and hazardous occurrences

• Safety Training: Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized training for offshore personnel

• Audit & Inspection: Perform regular HSE audits, inspections, and emergency drills

• Contractor Management: Monitor and audit subcontractor HSE performance

• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports

• Emergency Response: Act as emergency response coordinator during offshore incidents

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field

• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in offshore construction/marine projects

• Proven experience in offshore platform construction, subsea operations, marine vessel operations, and heavy lift operations

• Comprehensive knowledge of offshore safety regulations, marine construction methods, and risk assessment techniques

Mandatory Certifications

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent)

• BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS

• OPITO/HUET Certification
