HA Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Home Automation Technician to install, configure, and maintain advanced home automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure home automation systems, including lighting, security, HVAC, and entertainment systems.

• Ensure all equipment functions properly and meets customer specifications.

• Conduct regular maintenance and diagnostics to maintain optimal system performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing effective solutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Educate customers on system operation and features to enhance usability.

• Assist with software updates and upgrades for existing systems.

Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Driver to safely transport passengers and goods while providing excellent service and ensuring vehicle maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and courteously, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

• Transport passengers or goods to designated locations efficiently and on time.

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.

• Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with loading and unloading luggage or goods.

• Follow company policies and procedures for safety and transportation.

• Assist in route planning to optimize travel time and fuel efficiency.

• Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a driving position, preferably in commercial transportation.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Experience with GPS and navigation systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with the local area and major routes is beneficial.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
