Metrics and Data Analyst- LCS Maintenance Training (Bahrain)

Overview

You will have the opportunity to support Commander Naval Surface Group Central (CNSG-C), the executive agent responsible for the readiness (man, train, and equip) of 4 Mine Countermeasure (MCM) and LCS ships forward deployed in Bahrain.

Background & Experience

• Experience with Damage Control, working in the engine room, or as an assessor at an ATG in warfare areas of MOB-D (Damage Control) or MOB-E (Engineering).

Specific Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain CNO Availability and CMAV trend reports.

• Analyze trend reports and provide actionable recommendations.

• Manage project lead's schedule and associated PowerPoint presentations for:

• Engineering classroom and practical training (MOB-E)

• Damage Control classroom and practical training (MOB-D)

• Damage Control Material Assessment (DCMA)

• Engineering-focused Limited Training Team (LTT)

• Damage Control-focused LTT

• Engineering Critical Program Management

• Engineering Non-Critical Program Management

🔹 Role Overview

Sayres is seeking an experienced Senior-Level Program Manager with a current SECRET clearance (verifiable in DISS) to be based in Bahrain.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site representation in support of PMS 321 as a Combat Systems (C/S) Hull Manager for the LCS platform.

• Assist PACFLT government planning managers in developing availability work packages. Requires understanding of Naval Service craft, C/S, HM&E systems, work requirements, availability planning systems, and CNO avail timelines and procedures.

• Provide on-site support for maintenance and modernization, LCS-class issues, Fleet Introduction, maintenance planning and execution, Planning Yard, PARMs, and Configuration Management and Control issues.

• Coordinate SEA 21 program issues and concerns with Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC).

• Assist PMS 321 in coordinating technical issue resolution and act as liaison between ships, port engineers, TYCOMs, SEA 21, planning yards, PARMs, In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs), and support activities.

• Support design, advance planning, and execution of CNO availabilities.

🔹 Requirements

• Current SECRET security clearance verifiable in DISS.

• Extensive experience in program/project management for naval systems.

• Strong technical understanding of Combat Systems, Hull Management, and naval maintenance planning.

• Ability to work on-site in Bahrain.
