🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of our diverse businesses, including real estate, restaurants, and other ventures.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS/GAAP, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial operations across multiple business units.

• Ensure accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.

• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in real estate and restaurant businesses.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and local regulatory compliance.

• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CFA is a plus.
