Key Responsibilities

Business Process Management

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with process owners, aligning with operational risk frameworks.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze processes for productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.

• Present performance tracking reports and integrate stakeholder feedback.

Project Management

• Identify delivery gaps and drive internal projects to optimize outcomes.

• Coordinate process improvement strategies with internal teams.

• Oversee implementation stages of process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to scale operations.
