Vacant Positions:

Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

•  Oversee and manage up to 300 workers across various locations and projects.
• Develop new projects and business opportunities within existing and new client’s relationships.
• Understand project scope, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and develop bid pricing.
• Ensure successful execution of projects, including team management and development.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues at project sites, ensuring timely resolution.

• Hold and attend regular site meetings, preparing and submitting Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor project cost effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit invoices, and follow up on payments with clients.
• Maximize profit within budgetary constraints.
• Oversee & resolution of day-to-day operational issues related to the workforce.
• Coordinate and execute emergency site arrangements under high-pressure conditions.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the smelter or relevant industry.

• Proven experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  · Accountable for routine accounting, controls, reconciliation, and petty cash
•  · Prepare daily accounting.
•  · Prepare cash reconciliation and Cheque.
•  · Invoice Posting, LPO Tracking.
•  · Daily Reconciliations of Suppliers, Sales and Collections
•  · Maintaining and prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable.
•  · Prepare monthly provisioning.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

•  الإشراف على وإدارة ما يصل إلى 300 عامل في مختلف المواقع والمشاريع.
• تطوير مشاريع وفرص أعمال جديدة ضمن علاقات العملاء الحاليين والجدد.
• فهم نطاق المشروع وإعداد فواتير الكميات وتطوير أسعار العطاءات.
• ضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمشاريع، بما في ذلك إدارة الفريق وتطويره.
• تحديد المخاطر والمشاكل في مواقع المشروع والتخفيف منها، وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب.

• عقد وحضور اجتماعات الموقع الدورية، وإعداد وتقديم محاضر الاجتماع.
• إعداد التقارير الشهرية ومراقبة فعالية تكلفة المشروع.
• إعداد الفواتير وإرسالها ومتابعة الدفعات مع العملاء.
• تحقيق أقصى قدر من الربح ضمن القيود الميزانية.
• الإشراف على حل القضايا التشغيلية اليومية المتعلقة بالقوى العاملة.
• تنسيق وتنفيذ ترتيبات الموقع في حالات الطوارئ في ظل ظروف الضغط العالي.

المؤهلات:

•  - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، أو مجال ذي صلة).
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع داخل المصهر أو الصناعة ذات الصلة.

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الفرق الكبيرة والمشاريع المعقدة.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
• نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

محاسب مبتدئ

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

•  · المسؤول عن المحاسبة الروتينية، والضوابط، والمقارنات، والمصروفات الصغيرة
•  · إعداد المحاسبة اليومية.
•  · إعداد تسوية النقدية والشيكات.
•  · نشر الفواتير، وتتبع أوامر الشراء المحلية.
•  · المقارنات اليومية للموردين والمبيعات والتحصيلات
•  · صيانة وإعداد الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة.
•  · إعداد المخصصات الشهرية.
•  · الدعم في عمليات التدقيق.
