Key Responsibilities

# Content Writing

• Write engaging captions, ad copy, and short scripts that align with each brand’s tone of voice.

• Support the development of content calendars and campaign ideas.

• Research social media trends and transform them into creative content opportunities.

# Videography & Photography

• Plan, shoot, and edit short and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube videos, ads).

• Capture professional lifestyle, product, and event photography.

• Manage lighting, audio, and camera setups for shoots.

• Edit videos and photos with a strong focus on storytelling and brand identity.

# Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to execute campaign ideas.

• Ensure consistency in written and visual brand messaging.

• Stay updated on digital trends and experiment with innovative formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator with both visual and writing samples.

• Strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

• Proficiency in photography tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).

• Excellent English & Arabic writing skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency or social media marketing environments.

• Knowledge of motion graphics/animation (After Effects or similar).

• Experience producing content across multiple industries.

• التخطيط والتصوير والمونتاج لمقاطع الفيديو القصيرة والطويلة (ريلز، تيك توك، قصص، يوتيوب، إعلانات).

• التقاط صور احترافية للحياة اليومية والمنتجات والفعاليات.

• إدارة الإضاءة والصوت وإعداد الكاميرات أثناء جلسات التصوير.

• تعديل الصور والفيديوهات مع التركيز على سرد القصة والهوية البصرية للعلامة التجارية.

# التعاون الإبداعي

• العمل عن قرب مع فرق التسويق والتصميم لتنفيذ الأفكار الإبداعية للحملات.

• ضمان اتساق الرسائل الكتابية والبصرية مع هوية العلامة التجارية.

• متابعة الاتجاهات الرقمية الحديثة وتجربة أساليب جديدة في المحتوى.

المتطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء المحتوى مع نماذج عملية في الكتابة والتصوير.

• مهارات قوية في التصوير والمونتاج (Premiere Pro أو Final Cut أو ما شابه).

• إتقان برامج التصوير والتحرير (Lightroom، Photoshop، إلخ).

• إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابة وتحدثًا.

• عقلية إبداعية واهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

المؤهلات المفضلة

• خبرة سابقة في وكالة إعلانية أو بيئة تسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

• معرفة بالحركة الرسومية أو الرسوم المتحركة (After Effects أو ما يعادلها).

• خبرة في إنتاج محتوى لمجالات متعددة.
