1. Applications Operations Specialist

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate enterprise applications to ensure optimal system performance.

• Monitor systems and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain uninterrupted services.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure system integration and updates.

• Prepare performance reports and analyze recurring issues to prevent future disruptions.

• Contribute to improving digital operational processes within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application operations or system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments to verify the accuracy of revenue data.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.

• Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2–4 years of experience in financial accounting or revenue management.

• Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

3. Manager – Corporate Governance & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate governance and compliance policies in alignment with local regulations and global standards.

• Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements set by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) and other authorities.

• Prepare governance reports and follow up on board recommendations.

• Promote compliance awareness and corporate transparency across departments.

• Monitor corporate performance and ensure adherence to business ethics and integrity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate governance or compliance management.

• Strong understanding of Bahraini laws and telecom sector regulations.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة وتشغيل التطبيقات التقنية المستخدمة في بيئة العمل لضمان الأداء الأمثل.

• مراقبة الأنظمة ومعالجة الأعطال التقنية بشكل فوري لضمان استمرارية الخدمة.

• التنسيق مع فرق التطوير لضمان تكامل الأنظمة وتحديثها الدوري.

• إعداد تقارير الأداء الخاصة بالتطبيقات وتحليل المشاكل التقنية لتفادي تكرارها.

المتطلبات:

المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة حسابات القبض وإعداد تقارير الإيرادات الشهرية والسنوية.

• متابعة الفواتير المستحقة وضمان دقة تسجيل المعاملات المالية.

• التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان دقة بيانات الإيرادات والمصروفات.

• إعداد التسويات البنكية ومطابقة الحسابات العامة.

• دعم عمليات التدقيق المالي الداخلي والخارجي.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة المالية أو الإيرادات.

• إتقان برامج ERP وخاصة SAP أو Oracle Financials.

المهام الوظيفية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الحوكمة والامتثال المؤسسي بما يتماشى مع القوانين المحلية والمعايير العالمية.

• الإشراف على إدارة المخاطر وضمان الالتزام بلوائح هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات وغيرها من الجهات الرقابية.

• إعداد تقارير الحوكمة ومتابعة تنفيذ توصيات مجلس الإدارة.

• توعية الموظفين بثقافة الامتثال وتعزيز الشفافية المؤسسية.

• مراقبة الأداء المؤسسي وضمان الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في القانون، الإدارة، أو المالية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
