Role Overview:
As a Production Operator (Fixed Term), you will support manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will follow standard operating procedures, operate production machinery, monitor production processes, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor production processes and report any deviations or issues.

• Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety protocols.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations is preferred.

• Basic understanding of production machinery and processes.

• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
